| A: | The Signal-Strength Icon located on the left corner of the LCD display indicates current strength of the signal - the higher the number of bars, the stronger the signal. |

| Q: | My signal strength is weak. What should I do? |
| A: | First check if the antenna is connected securely. In addition, many factors such as nearby buildings, building material, geography, and distance from the base station can affect signal strength. Try placing your phone in a way that minimizes these factors. If the problem persists, please contact your service provider. |

| Q: | My Signal Strength icon is showing a strong signal but my connection quality is poor. |
| A: | Quality of signal depends on many factors including network condition, received and transmitted signal strength. Try making calls from a different location or at a different time. If this problem persists, please contact your service provider. |

| Power Supply / Battery |
| Q: | Can I use a generic power supply adaptor? |
| A: | No - Always use an official Axesstel-supplied adaptor only. This ensures optimum safety and performance. |

| Q: | I accidentally connected another power supply. Will this damage my Axesstel Fixed Wireless phone? |
| A: | Axesstel Fixed Wireless products are designed to withstand some range of voltage. Check your unit and battery. If you suspect that there is a problem, contact your service provider or service center. |

| Q: | How long will my battery last with full charge? |
| A: | Actual performance varies depending on the signal strength and usage pattern. Under a controlled test condition, normal battery life is 72 hours in standby mode and 2 hours in continuous talk mode. |

| Q: | Where can I get a replacement battery? |
| A: | Contact your service provider or service center. To ensure safety, only use the approved batteries provided by Axesstel. |

| Q: | Which Fixed Wireless phone models are available from your company? |
| A: | We have 3 different models and 3 frequency versions. However, your particular service provider may not offer all three models.
The AXW-P450 / P800 / P1900 model offers voice service, data services, SMS, speaker phone, and backlit keypad and LCD.
The AXW-P450B / P800B / P1900B model offers voice service, SMS and hands-free dialing.
There is also an R-UIM-ready model where the R-UIM service is available. |

| Q: | When I use the speaker phone, I can hear the caller but he can't hear me. |
| A: | The AXW-P450B / P800B / P1900B model only supports Hands-Free Dialing feature. This model does not have an external microphone. After dialing, use the receiver to begin your conversation. |

| Q: | Some of the features detailed in the manual do not correspond to my phone. Why? |
| A: | Each of the models offer slightly different features. In addition, Axesstel customizes models to meet your local service provider's requirements. Please check with your service provider to ascertain specific features. |

| Q: | Is there an On/Off switch on the phone? |
| A: | Yes – it is located on the bottom side of the phone. Please refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | Is it possible to use the phone in a wall-mounted position? |
| A: | Yes – use the supplied wall-mount base. Make sure that you pull out and turn around the receiver holding tab before mounting. This tab holds the receiver when wall-mounted. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | I've forgotten my lock code and cannot use the phone. Where can I get help? |
| A: | Your service provider or service center should be able to unlock the phone for you. |

| Q: | How do I change my lock code? |
| A: | Using the Menu button, select Security Menu. Use the Change Lock Code menu item to change the lock code. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | My phone makes a “bee-bee-beep” sound when I make a call. |
| A: | The Connection Alert feature makes an audible sound when the call is connected. To turn off this alert, use Sound option under Menu. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | Can I reset phone configuration to default? |
| A: | Yes - use Menu->Security->System Reset to change user selectable items to reinstall factory settings. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | Can I erase my call history? |
| A: | Yes - use Menu-> Security->Erase Logs to erase call history. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | Can I clear the usage time? |
| A: | Yes - use Menu-> Security->Clear Air Time to erase usage time. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | What is one-touch dialing and two-touch dialing? |
| A: | Users can easily call a number from the Phonebook by simply pressing a single button when using one-touch dialing or two-touch dialing features. Phonebook entries 1 – 9 can be called by pressing and holding a number on the numeric keypad. Phonebook entries 10-99 can be called by pressing the first digit and then pressing and holding the second digit. |

| A: | A total of 99 entries. |

| Q: | What are the dial numbers for Voice Mail and Emergency? |
| A: | The settings for Voice Mail and Emergency differ depending on each service provider. Please contact your local service provider for more information. |

| Q: | How many entries are recorded in Call History? |
| A: | 10 entries for Incoming Calls, 10 entries for Outgoing Calls, and 10 entries for Missed Calls. |

| Q: | I want to use Redial. Where is the Redial button located? |
| A: | Use the Recall button. |
|
| Q: | My phone is making beeping sounds. Why? |
| A: | Your phone has a number of audible alert tones. You can turn on or off each of these alerts: Service alert beeps when the phone enters or exits a service area. It also beeps when acquiring or losing signal.

Connection alert beeps when the call is connected to the other side
To turn on/off the audible alerts, choose Sound option under Menu. Refer to the user manual for more information. |

| Q: | Can I access the Internet using my fixed wireless phone? |
| A: | Yes – The Data Service feature will allow you to browse the internet if you have a data cable to connect to your computer and the phone. Contact your service provider or service center who can provide you with data cables and other accessories. Please note that models AXW-P450B / P800B / P1900B do not support data. |

| Q: | What speed is the Data Service? |
| A: | At 153 kbps max for packet data and 14.4 kbps max for circuit data although actual data transfer speed will vary depending on the network. |
